Bio

Mei-yann Hwang is a practitioner of Intentional Breathwork, having trained under both David Elliott and Scott Schwenk.  Over the years, her own path as a student of the healing arts manifested in various surprising forms:  training and development in ontological education, Ving Tsun Martial Intelligence kung fu (mentored by Sifu Pete Pajil); some dabbling in Reiki, alternative herbal treatments, classes with the Personal Transformation and Courage Institute; and most expressively as a Comedic Performance Actor (laughter, of course, being the best medicine!).
